RULES AND POLICIES
OF ALL BRANCHES MANAGED BY TADIKA KHALIFAH DIDIK
The following is Parents’ Acknowledgement on Tadika Khalifah Didik,s Rules and Policies for 2016 Session.
Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.
We (parents) hereby
acknowledge and understand that;
1. This
acknowledgement form is pre requisite for 2016 new registration and renewal
registration.
2. We
are aware and agree with the session offered (Kindergarten Morning / Full Day)
to my child.
3. This
registration is for a-year session of 12 months of year 2016.
4. Seat for my child will only confirm after booking fee of
RM200 is fully paid and it is not refundable.
5. The
total amount of 2016 registration fee is payable by
30th November 2015.
6. The
school will be closed during School Holiday and Malaysia and Selangor public
holidays as prescribed by the government. For any month with School Holiday,
monthly fee for Kindergarten Students is fixed while for Full day students, the
Extended Program fee of RM 150 will be prorated accordingly.
7. Monthly
fee is payable for January to November and optional for December.
8. Monthly fee is payable latest by 5th every month.
9. Monthly fee for November 2016 is included in the
registration fee.
10. We
acknowledged that there will be four (4) event holidays throughout the year of 2016.
The specific date will be announced from time to time.
11. No
refunds or reductions can be given
if a child is absent due to illness, holiday or decides to stop attending the
school.
12. The Extended Program conducted in the afternoon is only
support service. No shower and only change cloth for the students. We DO NOT provide full and complete
day-care service. Thus, the service provided will not match of full daycare
centre standard.
13. This kindergarten is diapers-free and milk
bottle-free-kindergarten.
14. Attendance for Ihtifal for 6 years is for 2 pax only. The
fee is already included in the fee structure.
15. During
Ramadhan, our operation hour will be as follow;
Kindergarten Morning :
8:30 am to 12:00 pm
Full-Day : 7:15
am to 5:00 pm
Overtime charge starts after 5.30 pm
every day during Ramadhan.
16. 2016 Fee Structure might change based on Little Caliphs HQ’s
requirement. Parents are responsible to settle extra fees’ amount (if any).
17. For 2015 November Intake, the school will be closed on 20th
November 2015, 23th November 2015 and 24th November 2015
for management purposes.
18. The signature(s) below is our acknowledgement on all the
policies stated above.
19. I believe the education for my child is very important.
Therefore, I will send my child on time for them to fully benefit from The
Little Caliphs Program.
20. I will try my best to attend all programmes organized by
Little Caliphs Pandan Mewah especially Reading Technique Seminar for Parents,
Parents-Teachers Meet, Sport Day and Ihtifal Day.
21. I will pray that ALLAH will send best teachers and will open
students’ heart to learn and benefit from The Little Caliphs Program.
